AUTO-RENEWING MEMBERSHIPS

• Be Free Unlimited Membership auto-renews monthly from the purchase/activation date.
• Be Flexible Limited Membership auto-renews every 4 weeks from the purchase/activation date.
• No minimum commitment.
• 7 day minimum cancellation notice before your next scheduled payment date to cancel your membership by completing the Cancel Membership Request Form.
• Complimentary membership suspension option for a min. of 14 days up to a max of 90 days per calendar year. Submit your suspension request at least 2 days in advance of requested suspension start date by completing the Suspend Membership Request Form.
• Additional suspensions within a calendar year are subject to a $20 fee.
• Medical reasons due to illness or injury are fee exempt. 
• Memberships are non-transferable.

FOR ALL PASSES

• Class passes are valid for 12 months from date of purchase.
• Class passes are shareable using the Guest reservation feature.

LATE CANCEL FEES

• Drop-ins and class passes are forfeited if class cancellation is less than 2 hours before class, or if you no-show for a class.
• Any membership holder who cancels a class less than 2 hours beforehand will be charged a $10 late-cancellation fee, or if you no-show for a reserved space you will be charged a $10 no-show fee.
• Workshop fees will be forfeited for cancellations less than 24 hours. With 24 hours notice or more, you will receive credit on your account for the workshop which you can use to attend another workshop at a later date. No refunds, no exceptions.
