Who These Classes are For: Pilates is a high-energy, sweaty workout designed to improve strength and stability, and sculpt and tone muscles.
Pilates Community classes are led by our Pilates instructors-in-training leading both Hot Pilates and non-heated mat Pilates Community classes. These classes are perfect for both beginners and experienced students and can be booked using your existing membership, class pass, or by purchasing a reduced $15 Pilates Community Class drop-in.
