For Who? This class is accessible for all levels. Beginners are encouraged to start off here.
About this class: This is our foundational practice which consists of 40 postures, and is an accessible, cardiovascular sequence where postures are held for 30-45 seconds per side to build muscular strength, endurance and flexibility.
This class is offered every Friday at 7:30pm. Attendance is by $10 donation where all proceeds support a different charitable organization each month. On the last Friday of each month, this class is offered with music – a curated playlist of the Teacher’s choice.
