Modo is our foundational hot yoga series that features 40 carefully chosen postures, including standing and floor postures. This accessible sequence offers a cardiovascular workout, with each posture held for 30-45 seconds on each side to enhance muscular strength, endurance, and flexibility.
Modo is offered in 45, 60 and 90-minute classes. Some classes have music, as noted on the schedule.
