For who? This class is accessible for all levels. Beginners are encouraged to start here.

About this class: This is our foundational practice which consists of 40 postures, and is an accessible, cardiovascular sequence where postures are held for 30-45 seconds per side to build muscular strength, endurance and flexibility. Modo is offered in 45, 60 and 90-minute classes and some classes have music, as noted on the schedule.
