Strengthen & Mobilize

In this fun new class we break the mold of what a traditional yoga class looks like. This class is an exploration of resistance band work, mobility exercises, functional movement, and weight training. It is a great complement to any regular yoga practice, accessible for all levels.

While this class is held in our non-heated room, you will work up a sweat!

Studio resistance bands are available for use during this class, or you are welcome to bring your own.
