Yoga Nidra invites a deep state of rest and relaxation through guided meditation while the practitioner is in a supported, comfortable savasana position. Benefits of this practice may include space for deep rest amongst busy days, help boost creativity, serve as a meditative practice, and improve sleep. Studio props are provided, or you are welcome to bring your own.
