Join Bethany for this Yin & Yoga Nidra 2 Part Workshop Series:

Session 1 – March 21: A calming practice that blends pranayama with restorative Yin postures focused on spring cleaning of the body – melting winter tensions from the body. We’ll end with a Yoga Nidra practice focused on releasing what no longer serves you.

Session 2 – April 12: A feel good Yin practice that will focus on connecting with the root chakra and cultivating a sense of appreciation. We will end with a Yoga Nidra practice to plant the seeds of intention that you want to see blossom in the spring.
