Tiff, as she’s affectionately known as, has been practicing yoga since the age of 15. She spent many years trying to find the right style of practice for her. In 2009, when she saw an ad for Modo (then Moksha) Inspired Yoga. From her first Modo-Inspired class, Tiff was hooked: the heat, the postures, the sequence, and how each class always felt completely different.
In 2011, Tiff travelled to Montreal to complete the Modo Yoga Teacher Training, which turned into an incredible month of self-discovery and lifelong friendships. Tiff was one of the first teachers to guide classes at Modo Yoga St. John’s when the studio opened February 2012. In April 2014, Tiff travelled to NYC to complete the Modo Flow Teacher Training. She is inspired by all of her teachers, especially Ted Grand, Jessica and Deena Robertson, and Dina T.
Tiff brings her sense of lightness and humour to her classes, with an intention and important reminder to not take life too seriously. She’s also known to reference pop culture in her classes, and creating themed playlists with classes set to music. Tiff is also a photographer and when she’s not at the studio, she’s spending time with her dog Harlee, running, snowboarding, and planning her next adventure.
