Antoine Pommet

We are always excited to welcome Antoine as Teacher Mentor and Visiting Guest Teacher to MYSJ!

From Montreal now living in Paris, Antoine brings his expertise and his passion for playful and dynamic yoga wherever he travels. He teaches humble but demanding classes that do not exclude play or laughter. In his teaching, Antoine approaches poses with respect for the body to explore the limits of personal transcendence. For Antoine, to live to learn is to learn to live.
