Jules is a mother of four who discovered a personal love of yoga on a quest for a sense of quiet grounding, self acceptance, and growth in the midst of her chaotic, noisy life. The practice of mindful breathing both on and off the mat has allowed her to transform the highs and lows of life and find grace and acceptance in each moment.
Passionate about love & healing, Jules pursued yoga trainings in Canada, India, Bali, and Uganda in hopes of bringing balance and healing into the lives of others.
Jules has been an active member of the MYSJ community since July 2012 and has been leading Prenatal and Mom & Baby classes with us over the past two years. She continues on her journey to expand herself and her ability to offer love and support to others through their own journey.
