Tiffany attended her first ever studio yoga class at MYSJ in 2014. After that first practice in the hot room, yoga quickly became a fundamental aspect of Tiffany’s life, like a puzzle piece that had been waiting patiently to be put in its place.
Shortly following the arrival of her second child in mid-2020, Tiffany felt the pull to deepen her personal practice and decided it was the right time to pursue the Modo Yoga teacher training. Tiffany completed the training online in 2021 and started the journey of guiding classes at MYSJ immediately after.
A life-long learner, Tiffany feels that staying curious about yoga’s influence on the body, mind, and heart is one of the most engaging aspects of the practice. From anatomy to philosophy to breath work to mindfulness and beyond, there will always be something new to discover and explore. She hopes that those who come to practice with her leave class taking a little bit of this curiosity with them, both on and off the mat.
In addition to teaching yoga, Tiffany is a musician and private piano instructor. She owns an active home-based music studio where she teaches piano lessons to students of all ages.
Things that fill Tiffany’s cup include spending time with her family, enjoying a slow morning with good coffee, and scheduling quiet time to read, write, and dream.
