My why for teaching: Teaching Pilates allows me to share my passion for movement and wellness with others. I love empowering individuals to connect with their bodies, build strength, and discover their potential. For me, it’s about more than just exercise—it’s about fostering growth, confidence, and balance in both mind and body. Guiding others on their journey toward improved well-being is a deeply fulfilling and joyful experience. “In every class, a tapestry we weave, of focus, strength, and self-belief. Teaching Pilates is more than a role, it’s a dance of the body, the mind, and the soul.”
What I love about Modo Yoga: I love Modo because it’s more than just a place to practice—it’s a community that feels like home. The warmth of the people, the supportive energy, and the sense of belonging make it a sanctuary where I can grow, connect, and truly be myself.
If I could give one piece of advice to new students, it would be: Forget about how it looks—focus on how it feels. Pilates is a journey of connecting with your body, not a performance. Believe in yourself, trust the process, and remember that progress comes from consistency, not perfection. Every small effort builds the foundation for something greater.
Beyond the mat, I enjoy: Traveling, cooking and baking, hiking, connecting and sharing mindful moments with friends and family.
