My why for teaching: I love teaching because it allows me to share why I love yoga, an opportunity to allow people to disconnect from everything else happening in life and connect with only what is happening in the moment. A journey to move, sweat, breathe and witness an inner calm that only happens within a yoga practice.

What I love about Modo Yoga: A commitment to a community. When you practice at Modo there is no going back (especially MYSJ)–we are family, we are home.

If I could give one piece of advice to new students, it would be: Show up as you are now, do what you can, and stay hydrated.

Beyond the mat, I enjoy: My family, reading, walking, travelling, nature, food, spin classes, climbing, camping, swimming, wine.
