My why for teaching: I teach so I can share my passion and love for yoga and Pilates with others. I love teaching and guiding people through movement, so they can feel better leaving my classes than when they arrived!
What I love about Modo Yoga: I love that Modo is a place to safely move my body and feel better, mind and body. I love the ease I feel the moment I step in the door, it’s like a weight is lifted from my shoulders.
If I could give one piece of advice to new students, it would be: Don’t take it too seriously, drink water whenever you want & rest whenever you need. This is your practice – enjoy it!
Beyond the mat, I enjoy: Spending time with my family, hiking, fires in the woods, camping, biking (mountain/spin), fishing, reading, snuggling my cat & eating nachos on the couch!
