My why for teaching: Teaching is my creative outlet. Born from a dance background, creating fun sequences has always been my passion! I love to see sequences come to life through students, and enjoy the process of learning how to adapt to different levels of challenge, different bodies, and seeing how every individual moves in a unique way.
What I love about Modo Yoga: Self-discovery. Practicing the same sequence in a new body every day, you learn so much about yourself. You are constantly changing, and by learning self-awareness you can explore so much within yourself during a Modo class.
If I could give one piece of advice to new students, it would be: Don’t take it too seriously. Use this practice to create lightness and space for yourself – it’s rare you get time isolated from life to just be and enjoy.
Beyond the mat, I enjoy: Eating cookies, going for walks & coffee dates, and singing my fav tunes.
