This class is a teacher’s choice sequence so you never know what’s coming next! Usually a little faster paced and vinyasa style. Work on endurance and strength during this energizing flow class. You might find an awesome playlist playing during this class and will likely try some new postures too. This class is a great way to mix up your practice. This class is not recommended for first time students. We recommend at least 10 standard Modo classes prior to a Hot Mix class. However, as always, this class will still be accessible to all levels and we encourage use of modifications and props provided to make the class perfect for you!
