As a dancer, Lily has always used Pilates as a method of cross training and injury prevention. Later on in her performing career, she pursued her official certification at the Sagrario Pilates Studio in Toronto.
Lily’s teaching is influenced from years of experience as a performing artist, combined with her continued pursuits in therapeutic and post-rehabilitative Pilates methods.
Lily’s classes are rooted in a therapeutic approach, while still offering various challenges for tone and alignment. Lily encourages the class to move mindfully, and with specificity, to create a better connection between the mind and body.
