Modo is a dynamic system of postures and breathing exercises specifically designed to be practiced in the heat. Modo classes are intended to open, strengthen and detoxify the entire body. Based on yoga therapeutics, this class is accessible for all levels and abilities. Great for beginners and experienced students.

We encourage the use of props such as blocks and straps to modify poses as necessary to suit the student. Heat is set at about 37 degrees celsius. The traditional 40 postures series is practised in a 90 minute class, though at our studio, our offerings are 45, 60 and 75 minute versions, to accommodate the schedules of our local clientele.
