Ezmy Stavroff works with trainees on their practice teaching at both the Modo Yoga Teacher Trainings and Modo Flow Teacher Trainings.
She completed her own Modo training in India in 2010.
Ezmy empowers trainees to open up, challenge themselves, and find their own voices.
With years of teaching experience behind her, Ezmy creates a safe space for trainees to build confidence and explore teaching through their own bodies, minds and hearts.
Ezmy guest teaches at Modo Yoga studios around the world. And, just wait until you hear her sing!
