Modo Yoga Co-Founder Jess Robertson guides Level 1 trainees through teaching fundamentals, as well as the history and philosophy of Modo Yoga.
At the Modo Yoga advanced training, Jess leads pranayama and other workshops.
Jess created the six pillars and works constantly to rejuvenate them by tapping into the incredible Modo Yoga team and in the greater community.
In addition to thousands of hours in yoga study, Jess’ academic studies include anatomy, physiology, Buddhism and anthropology.
Jess lives in an eco-village with her partner and two children.
In addition to Modo Yoga, her passion projects include eating chocolate, climbing trees and admiring all forms of creativity.
