Ted feels very strongly that a regular yoga practice can help us become more socially engaged and compassionate. More yoga tends to bring more peace. More peace can help us make better decisions. Better decisions can help make a more healthy, equitable and sustainable world.

Ted is also a proud husband and father, a trained organic farmer, a Zen Buddhism practitioner and an environmental/social activist.  He lives a quiet life in the woods, on a small island off the coast of British Columbia, Canada.
