At the Level 1 Teacher Trainings, Jess guides trainees through discussions around Teaching Fundamentals as well as the History and Philosophy of Modo Yoga. At the Advanced Training, Jess leads Pranayama and other workshops.
Jess created the 6 Pillars of Modo and constantly works to evolve these pillars by tapping into the incredible collective on this team and in the greater Modo community. In addition to thousands of hours in Yoga study, Jess’s academic study include Anatomy, Physiology, Buddhism, and Anthropology.
Jess lives in an eco-village with her partner and two kiddies. Aside from Modo her passion project is: eating chocolate, climbing trees, and admiring all forms of creativity.
