My Modo practice began in 2008 as a way of rehabilitating a number of physical injuries accrued over the years. What started as a once a week yoga class, quickly evolved into a daily practice and pillar in my life. I found stability, strength and connection through the community that was built in Stratford, ON. Two years after my first class, I decided to immerse myself further by attending the teacher training in Montreal. From my first day at training and meeting Modo’s founders, I knew I was in the right place.
