In this class you can expect to be lead through a gently flowing asana (posture) practice where we will explore gentle movement designed to get your body moving and feeling, and to help you connect back to your breath.

During the second half of class, you will be guided into seated and reclining Restorative yoga shapes which are designed to help your body release tension and stresses on a deep level. Leave feeling nourished, rested and prepared for the week ahead.
