Vinyasa: A high energy yoga class that feels like a dance – linking movement with breath – often branching out into creative sequencing of postures. This class is offered heated and non-heated – check the schedule! Not recommended for absolute beginners, but is typically accessible to all levels if you have some experience with common yoga postures.
Vinyasa 2: A challenging intermediate class for those with some experience with Vinyasa. Class moves with breath incorporating more advanced postures and more downward dog Vinyasa flows.
Vinyasa 3: A fast-paced Vinyasa class with a focus on advanced postures. A regular practice or 3+ months recommended. Advanced students only as this is one of the most challenging classes on our schedule – but is sure to be rewarding!
