TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR FREEDOM MEMBERSHIP

  • 12 months minimum commitment.
  • Billed monthly starting on purchase date.
  • Membership begins with purchase.
  • After 12 months, membership rolls over to a month-to-month UNTIL notified in writing with a minimum of 30 days to cancel. Please note that the membership will autorenew if we are not notified in advance.
  • Allowed 1 free suspension every calendar year; suspension can be a maximum of 3 months. Additional suspensions are $20 and applied after the first free hold.
