Maryann Buri


Maryann started practicing yoga as a way to keep movement in her life after growing up with ballet and musical theatre. She is currently taking her 300 hour Yoga Teacher Training at Ahimsa Yoga Toronto. In her own life, she has used mindfulness meditation and movement techniques to heal from post traumatic stress disorder, and hopes to help others use yoga practice to heal from trauma. She has been part of the Modo Uptown community since 2015.
