Fusion is a Yoga and Pilates inspired full-body workout designed to increase cardiorespiratory endurance, muscle strength, and definition. This is a non-heated mat-based class that uses HIIT/Tabatta style cardio bursts to stimulate the metabolism. Circuits with body weight exercises and resistance bands develop functional movement patterns while working up a steady sweat. The practice is designed to be accessible, with modifications available for every body type and/or injury.
