When she found her way to her mat in 2007, Jane was skeptical of the benefits of yoga. Fast forward 10 years, she is more in love with the physical, mental, and emotional challenge of her practice than she ever thought possible. This challenge informs her teaching style where she seeks to empower students through strong, intentional movements, and reveal that yoga is about more than just stretching. While originally from Eastern Canada, you can now find Jane exploring the West Coast mountains.
