Laura discovered the benefits and challenges of hot yoga over fifteen years ago. With a background in competitive track and field, Modo Yoga has helped maintain her passion for strength training, fitness, and personal growth. Through times of transition, travel, and uncertainty, Modo has always been there to remind her of who she is and what she loves. She is honoured and grateful to be a part of this amazing community.
