Laura discovered the benefits and challenges of hot yoga nearly ten years ago. With a background in competitive track and field,  Modo Yoga has helped maintain her passion for strength training, fitness, and personal growth over the past six years. Through times of transition, travel, and uncertainty, Modo has always been there to remind her of who she is and what she loves. She is so honoured and grateful to be a part of this amazing community.
