Laura started her Modo journey in Nanaimo after years of Bikram, and Hatha yoga in Calgary. Yoga is a valuable healing tool for Laura, and she continues to discover the importance of mindfulness, breath, and awareness both on and off the mat. Curiosity, gratitude, and living to learn are key to Laura in her life and her practice. The 6 pillars of Modo continue to inspire her and encourage a deeper love for the practice after each class. Laura has seen her fair share of Modo Studios, having taught at Nanaimo, Squamish, Calgary, and St. John’s. She currently teaches in Vancouver and Burnaby, BC.
