As a professional dancer, Melissa approached yoga as a way to improve her flexibility, and it did. However it didn’t take long until it brought on a feeling of peace and calm. A regular yoga practice has made her more open to whatever challenges life throws. After finishing her first Modo class it all just clicked – she knew her life would be forever changed, and it has. In dance, you often push your body and cause injury. This practice has not only helped heal her body, it has also brought more acceptance of it, however it is. Modo just makes her life better!
