Stephanie began practicing yoga in 2012 in the hopes of healing an injury. She was hooked as not only did the injury improve but she also discovered new physical strengths, increased flexibility and the benefits of inner awareness through breath control. Stephanie has been a staple at the Vancouver Modo studio since 2014, with a regular practice and participating in the Energy Exchange program. In 2022 she attended the Modo foundational training and endeavours to bring her love of challenging movement combined with loving breath to her students. When not at the studio, Stephanie can be found at her kids’ multiple sporting events, curled up with a book or up in the air exploring her hobby of ariel silks.
