As a pianist and teacher, many long hours are spent at the instrument. Modo Yoga has cultivated a greater awareness of body and mind presence, bridging the gap between the somatic and the psychological. At the bench, it has helped improve her overall practice, performance and teaching experience. With a fascination for the human body and a lover of movement, Tami explores effective ways to facilitate movement for optimal efficiency, safety and enjoyment. Honoured and excited to be part of the Modo community, she is looking forward to sharing, caring and inspiring others.
