Chair Yoga

Chair yoga is a modified practice that involves doing poses while seated or using a chair for balance.  Chair yoga includes the same elements as traditional yoga including physical poses (asanas), meditation (dyana), and breathing techniques (pranayama). But the gentle practice modifies standard yoga poses so that you can do them while sitting on a chair or standing and using a chair for balance.

Hot Yoga Packages will apply for reservation 24 hours before class if spots available. Drop-in, walk-in available (unless series is full).

*This class is offered in a non-heated room.

**Please note that a minimum of 6 registrations is required for the session to be launched. Registration implies a “session” package with access to all 12 courses. This package cannot be transferred, refunded or extended.
