Teens and preteens derive enormous benefits from yoga.
Physically, it enhances their flexibility, strength, coordination, and body awareness. Through the practice of different postures, they develop discipline and the ability to focus the mind.
Through these fun, creative classes, teens learn to connect deeply with the inner self, develop emotional equilibrium, and acquire an intimate relationship with the natural world around them.
Each class will begin with a brief opening meditation and will include a series of yoga poses, breathing exercises, movement games, music, and a much-needed relaxation moment!
