Kids Yoga introduces the concepts of Yoga to kids, through the use of imagination, sounds, music, individual creativity, and fun games. A class will generally include a tune-in activity, breath work or pranayama, postures or asanas, games and a final relaxation moment or savasana.
Through the practice of the different postures children will develop discipline, the ability to focus the mind and concentrate, and a sense of self-awareness. From a physical standpoint, they will gain strength, flexibility, and develop balance and coordination.
The class series will encourage kindness, compassion and non-violence in all of these young yogi practitioners!

Minimum of 4 subscriptions required for the series to be launched. The package is a “session” package that gives access to all junior classes until June 1. This class package can not be refunded, extended or transferred.
