Join us at Kalypso Concept Spa for two special classes at 10am and 3pm for their SUMMER FEST! We will gather together on their beautiful outdoor space to practice. Note that there will NOT be a 10 am class in the hot room, this class exceptionally will be held at Kalypso. The 3pm class is added to the schedule to make this day extra special and celebrate this special occasion where we want to rally local businesses that share a common mission about health and wellness.

*Bring your yoga mat and bottle of water. Have sunscreen on (skin selfcare!). A little vest could be needed if it’s getting fresh for final savasana. In case of rain, the classes will still be outside. They will be guided under a covered area.
