Teaching is her passion. Colleen believes that kindness creates better human beings. She strongly believe taking time to learn, to practice, to be present in our daily life opens many doors. A practitioner of meditation, yoga, cross fit and a new found joy in baking cookies! She is looking forward in celebrating life with the Modo Yoga Vaudreuil community.
