Katina, a former competitive dancer, turned to yoga looking for new ways to express herself through movement. She began studying Modo yoga in March 2022 and has since completed the 200-hour Modo teacher training for Basic and Modo Vinyasa Flow classes. With her rich background in sport and dance, she brings a unique energy to her classes, continually deepening her practice on and off the mat. Katina’s teaching focuses on accessibility, community and play. Katina invites everyone to experience a welcoming and unifying approach to yoga, where mindfulness and connection are at the forefront of every practice.
