Lucie starts yoga to supplement her triathlon trainings. She just fell in love with it and decides to learn more about it with teacher trainings. With more than 700 training hours, she teaches hatha, yin, therapeutic and SUP. She recently completed her therapeutic yoga, a type of yoga she is really passionate about. Twice Ironman, mother of two, community health activist, Lucie leads students in another dimension with softness, compassion, understanding each and everyone’s limits.
