Born in the Philippines. Raised in Toronto. Moved to Quebec in 2008. Ming is fluent in English and Tagalog and humbly continues to learn the romantic but complicated “langue française”.
She started her yoga journey in 2014 and after two years of dedicated practice she completed her first 200-hour yoga teacher training in 2016. Yoga has helped Ming control her bouts of anxiety and insecurities and is grateful for the calm and peace yoga brings in her life.
She then pursued her 500-hour, Level 1 Modo yoga teacher training in 2018 which brought her deeper in her practice. Ming’s enthusiasm, dedication and love for yoga is undeniable. She further continued her studies in 2019 and completed the Modo Flow training and is constantly filling her cup with extensive online anatomy courses along with Sanskrit, philosophy and spiritual teachings from several of her mentors. Her light and presence is felt by those around her and is evident in her teachings.
She is also a mother of three, happily married and a small business owner.
