Sabrina discovered yoga in CÉGEP in 1998, when she thought savasana meant the class was over. Since, she has discovered hot yoga and continues her journey as a student. She completed her 200 hour Vinyasa teacher training certification in 2016 and yin certification in 2020 and has been teaching power yoga and a variety of different flows since. Yoga has been essential for her to help keep fit, flexible, avoid injury but above all, manage stress and slow down. As a student, she learned to move at her own pace, as a teacher, she learned what it meant to be still and to carry the benefits of the practice off the mat. When she is not practicing yoga, you can find her with her 2 boys and husband, walking her dog Abby, kayaking or skiing around the island. She loves to move and be outdoors! Nutrition is another one of her passions. She works in marketing in the food and beverage industry, and tends to her vegetable gardens in the summer months. Her goal is to continue to deepen her practice, and guide those around her to do the same, on and off the mat.
