Therapist Susan Frederick has an impeccable record as a Yoga specialist with years of experience teaching the Bali Method of Yoga Therapy (BMY) in Hospital settings and other locations, teaching private sessions, also workshops in and around Montreal, since 2004.

She was lead teacher in many peer-reviewed Research Projects supervised by Gilles Dupuis, head of the Department of Psychology at UQAM, Université du Québec à Montreal, in collaboration with various Montreal Hospitals addressing diverse needs ranging from patients undergoing treatment for breast cancer ( including Maisonneuve- Rosemont, Cite de la Santé, Charles Lemoyne, Notre Dame), patients with heart issues through the Montreal Heart Institute, anorexia bulimia, and is co-authored a BMY research project using therapeutic yoga classes designed to help children diagnosed with ADHD ( were receiving medication), and their families with the Montreal Children’s Hospital, etc.

Susan’s own DYNAMIC CREATION known as “ Golden Yoga Fusion TM ” draws on selected elements of: Ayengar’s Restorative Yoga, Bali Method’s Deep Relaxation, invites Concentration, Visualization + Kundalin Energy to Rise naturally allowing her students to gently, happily relax, breathe, stretch and heal.
