Movement is my passion and allowing people to be at their best through movement, reconnecting through movement, and feeling amazing because of movement drives me to continue teaching. I have always been drawn to healthy body practices and I know and feel that Pilates allows the body to be, to feel and to stay healthy. I started Pilates for my self more than 10 years ago, when I was dealing with some negative effects of other practices. My osteopath suggested I try Pilates. At the time, I had no idea what it was. 6 month after practicing for myself I signed up to go through the year and half long educational process to become a teacher. Since, I’ve worked in multiple studios with a variety of body types and situations. I believe that Pilates is a habit that you can start at any point and keep until your final breath. It is a way of life, it is a ritual, it gives so much back to a body who is ready to receive. The first part is your desire. Come join us in class.
