Andréane has been practicing yoga for over 8 years. Working in the health care as a nurse practitioner, she has always had an interest in both physical and mental well-being. She is also passionate about outdoor activities and hiking. She completed her 200 hours of basic training in Hatha and Vinyasa. New mother in 2024, she continued her practice by adding 65 hours of training in prenatal, postnatal and mother-baby. She wants to share her passion for yoga through dynamic classes that adapt to everyone’s needs.
