Jennifer has always had a passion for fitness, sport and health. As a triathlete, she discovered that yoga could be an incredible asset to sports performance and injury prevention. She soon realized that yoga could offer so much more in terms of overall well-being, stress management, strength and mobility. Keen to learn more about the power of mind and body, Jennifer completed a 200-hour Ashtanga teacher certification. To complement the rigor of a traditional vinyasa practice, Jen has also earned her Yin certification. She aspires to help others discover how yoga can improve their quality of life and simply feel balanced, connected and soothed at the end of each practice.
