Sabrina discovered yoga at CEGEP in 1998, when she thought savasana meant the class was over. Since then, she has discovered hot yoga and continues her journey as a student. She completed her 200-hour vinyasa teacher training certification in 2016 and her yin certification in 2020 and has been teaching power yoga and a variety of different yoga classes ever since. Yoga has been essential for her to help her stay fit, flexible, avoid injury but most importantly, manage stress and slow down. As a student, she learned to move at her own pace; as a teacher, she learned what it meant to be still and to carry the benefits of practice off the mat. When she’s not practicing yoga, you can find her with her 2 boys and husband, walking her dog Abby, kayaking or skiing around the island. She loves moving and being in nature! Nutrition is another of her passions. She works in marketing in the food and beverage industry and tends her gardens during the summer months. Her goal is to continue to deepen her practice and guide students to do the same, on and off the mat.
