Prenatal & Postnatal Yoga

Sarah has been practicing yoga since 2005. She quickly realized that yoga is much more than a physical practice, and that it can be applied to everyday life in a positive way. Sarah spent 6 years studying yoga in New York City with excellent teachers. Along the way, she completed 500 hours of prenatal and postnatal yoga training. She is always amazed at what her practice can teach her, and marvels at the gifts yoga can offer her. Her passion is teaching, she loves to share what she has learned from her teachers and hopes to help others make their own discoveries.

She is thrilled to be teaching at Modo Yoga and to be part of this great family and community.
