Hot Meditation

This hot meditation class, taught by Kunga Webster, will start with a warm-up routine developed to loosen up the body in preparation for yoga and meditation. Then some general instruction and advice on meditation will be given, as well as a talk on how heat has been used in different traditions to deepen ones practice of meditation. The actual sitting practice will be about 20-25 minutes long and there will be opportunity ask any questions that may arise at the end of the class. This is a great complement to your already hot yoga practice and an awesome way to stay centered, focused and energized in your day-to-day life.
